The Honeywell 2 Way, 6-inch Butterfly Valve offers an exceptional level of control with its flanged design, which allows for a high Cv of 567 at a 60-degree stroke and 1850 at a 90-degree stroke. The valve's body is crafted from polyester-coated cast iron, ensuring durability and resistance to various environmental conditions. The resilient seat composed of peroxide-cured EPDM creates a tight seal, while the 416 stainless steel stem incorporates functionality and longevity.

This premier Honeywell valve is available in sizes ranging from 2 to 20 inches, with ANSI Class 125/150 Lug Pipe connections. The valve's extended neck accommodates 2 inches of pipe insulation. Bi-directional flow ensures flexibility in various operating scenarios.

For enhanced corrosion resistance, reduced friction, and the ability to accommodate lower-torque actuators with larger valve body sizes, the valve's discs are cast in iron and coated with Nylon 11. Moreover, the cast iron valve body is coated with polyester to guard against weathering, chemical exposure, ultra-violet radiation, abrasion, and impact.

The stainless steel valve stem, with its close-tolerance internal double-D disk connection, is designed to preclude any points for corrosion access. The valve ensures bubble-tight seat leakage at its rated close-off.
