The Honeywell Butterfly Valve is a 2-way, 3-inch system, engineered with a flanged design that offers 154 Cv at a 60-degree stroke and 461 Cv at a 90-degree stroke. It features a polyester-coated cast iron body designed to resist weather, chemical, ultraviolet, abrasion, and impact. Incorporated with a peroxide cured EPDM resilient seat and a 416 stainless steel stem, the product fosters durability.

The valve caters to a range of sizes from 2 to 20 inches, accommodating ANSI Class 125/150 lug pipe connections. This feature guarantees bi-directional flow capability and ensures easy system integration. An extended neck is provided to permit 2-inches of pipe insulation. For corrosion resistance, reduced friction, and use with lower-torque actuators in larger valve body sizes, nylon 11 coated cast iron disks are employed.

The valve stem, made from stainless steel, is designed with a close-tolerance internal double-D disk connection, preventing any points for corrosion access. Ensuring efficiency, the valve offers bubble-tight seat leakage at the rated close-off.

In terms of technical specifications, this valve is suitable for hot water and chilled water-glycol solutions. It exhibits an equal percentage flow characteristic and operates effectively within a temperature range of -40 F to 250 F (-40 C to 121 C). Moreover, the valve can withstand a close-off pressure of 175 psi, showcasing its robust performance in challenging conditions.
