This high-performance, two-way butterfly valve features a 3-inch ANSI Class 125/150 lug pipe connection, allowing for bi-directional flow. It's engineered with a 154 Cv at a 60-degree stroke and a 461 Cv at a 90-degree stroke. The valve body is fabricated from peroxide-cured EPDM resilient seat, constructed to provide extended neck suited for 2-inches of pipe insulation.

Ensuring high durability and corrosion resistance, its discs are designed with Nylon 11 coated cast iron which reduces friction and promotes use of lower-torque actuators with larger valve body sizes. For further resistance against weather, chemicals, ultraviolet rays, abrasion, and impact, the body of the valve is fortified with a polyester-coated cast iron.

The valve stem, crafted from 416 stainless steel, possesses a close-tolerance internal double-D disk connection that leaves no points for corrosion access. Performance under pressure is assured with its capability for bubble tight seat leakage at the rated close-off.

This valve is suitable for hot water and chilled water-glycol solutions, offering an equal percentage flow characteristic. It can operate flawlessly within a temperature range of -40 F to 250 F (-40 C to 121 C), and manage a close-off pressure of up to 175 psi.
