The Honeywell Butterfly Valve is a two-way, 20-inch valve designed with cutting-edge technology to ensure maximum productivity and efficiency. The valve includes flanging features, a 7144 Cv at a 60-degree stroke and a 22339 Cv at a 90-degree stroke. Its robust construction comprises a Polyester-coated cast iron body, ensuring weather, chemical, ultraviolet, abrasion, and impact resistance. The valve offers sizes from 2 inches to 20 inches with ANSI Class 125/150 lug pipe connections, designed for versatility and functionality.

Characterized by bi-directional flow, the valve boasts an extended neck for 2 inches of pipe insulation, optimizing heat maintenance. Its disks are coated with Nylon 11 and made from cast iron. They offer corrosion resistance, reduced friction and are perfectly compatible with lower-torque actuators for larger valve body sizes.

The valve's stem, made from high-quality 416 stainless steel, features a close-tolerance internal double-D disk connection, effectively blocking corrosion access points. Besides, it guarantees bubble-tight seat leakage at a rated close-off, ensuring seamless performance.

The valve functions optimally with both hot water and chilled water-glycol solutions. It boasts an equal percentage flow characteristic, ensuring balanced distribution.
