The Honeywell Butterfly Valve is a 2-way, 2-inch design with a flanged setup and a capacity of 61 Cv at a 60 degree stroke and 144 Cv at a 90 degree stroke. It is manufactured with a polyester-coated cast iron body that confers resistance against weather conditions, chemical reactions, ultra-violet exposure, abrasion, and impact. The valve also features a peroxide-cured EPDM resilient seat for enhanced durability.

The valve comes in a range of sizes from 2 to 20 inches, all equipped with ANSI Class 125/150 lug pipe connections. It allows for bi-directional flow and possesses an extended neck to accommodate 2 inches of pipe insulation. The valve disks are cast iron coated with Nylon 11, ensuring corrosion resistance, reduction in friction, and enabling the use of lower-torque actuators with larger valves body sizes.

Designed for service with hot water and chilled water-glycol solutions, it exhibits an equal percentage flow characteristic. It performs optimally at an operating temperature range of -40 F to 250 F (-40 C to 121 C) and handles a close-off pressure of up to 175 psi.
