The Honeywell 2-Way Butterfly Valve (2-inch) is a high-performance component characterized by its flanged design, offering impressive flow coefficients of 61 Cv at a 60-degree stroke and 144 Cv at a 90-degree stroke. The valve's body is constructed from polyester-coated cast iron, ensuring durability while persistently protecting against weathering, chemical exposure, UV damage, abrasion, and impact threats. The resilient seat is peroxide-cured using EPDM, a choice of material widely recognized for its robustness and long-term reliability. Furthermore, the valve features a 416 stainless steel stem.

Our Butterfly Valve ranges in sizes from 2 to 20 inches, with ANSI Class 125/150 lug pipe connections. The valve directs flow bi-directionally and includes an extended neck to accommodate 2 inches of pipe insulation. The disks are coated with Nylon 11, reducing friction and elevating corrosion resistance, which allows for the application of lower-torque actuators on larger valve body sizes.

The internal valve design incorporates a stainless steel stem with a close-tolerance, internal double-D disk connection, cleverly designed to eliminate points for corrosion access. The valve ensures bubble-tight seat leakage when at rated close-off. Therefore, it effectively controls the service flow of hot water and chilled water-glycol solutions.

Additionally, its equal percentage flow characteristic makes it an ideal choice across a variety of applications. Durability and performance are maintained even in extreme operating temperatures, ranging from -40 F to 250 F (-40 C to 121 C).
