Our Butterfly Valve ranges in sizes from 2 to 20 inches, with ANSI Class 125/150 lug pipe connections. The valve directs flow bi-directionally and includes an extended neck to accommodate 2 inches of pipe insulation. The disks are coated with Nylon 11, reducing friction and elevating corrosion resistance, which allows for the application of lower-torque actuators on larger valve body sizes.
The internal valve design incorporates a stainless steel stem with a close-tolerance, internal double-D disk connection, cleverly designed to eliminate points for corrosion access. The valve ensures bubble-tight seat leakage when at rated close-off. Therefore, it effectively controls the service flow of hot water and chilled water-glycol solutions.
