The Honeywell Butterfly Valve is a cutting-edge 2-way, 2-inch valve offering a combination of efficiency and durability. This valve, with its flanged feature, offers 61 Cv at 60 degrees stroke and 144 Cv at 90 degrees stroke, ensuring optimal performance. The valve is constructed from polyester-coated cast iron, giving it resilience against weather, chemical influences, ultraviolet light, abrasion, and forceful impact. For enhanced durability and resistance against corrosion, the resilient seat is crafted from Peroxide cured EPDM. The valve also boasts a 416-grade stainless steel stem ensuring high corrosion resistance.

The valve is available in a range of sizes, from 2 to 20 inches with ANSI class 125/150 lug pipe connections, facilitating bi-directional flow and compatibility with various types of pipes. Notably, it features an extended neck to accommodate 2 inches of pipe insulation. Meanwhile, the valve disks, made from Nylon 11 coated cast iron, offer superior corrosion resistance, lower friction, and allow usage with lower-torque actuators in larger valve body sizes.

Uniquely engineered to minimize corrosion access points, the stainless steel valve stem comes with a close-tolerance internal double-D disk connection. Ensuring efficient performance, the valve offers bubble-tight seat leakage at its rated close-off pressure of 175 psi. Suitable for both hot water and chilled water-glycol solutions, the valve offers an equal percentage flow characteristic and operates effectively within a temperature range of -40 F to 250 F (-40 C to 121 C).
