The Honeywell 16-inch, 2-Way Butterfly Valve is designed to meet various industrial requirements. It features a polyester-coated, cast iron body with a peroxide cured EPDM resilient seat and a 416 stainless steel stem. The valve is capable of handling flow coefficients of 4483 Cv at a 60-degree stroke and 13966 Cv at a 90-degree stroke.

This valve, available in sizes from 2 to 20 inches, has ANSI Class 125/150 lug pipe connections. It offers bi-directional flow for increased versatility. It also comes with an extended neck, capable of accommodating up to 2 inches of pipe insulation.

The valve disks are coated with Nylon 11, designed to enhance corrosion resistance, lower friction, and make use of lower-torque actuators with larger valve body sizes. The valve body has been coated with polyester for optimal protection from weather, chemicals, ultraviolet exposure, as well as abrasion and impact damage.

Moreover, the valve stem, composed of stainless steel, is built with a close-tolerance internal double-D disk connection, which effectively prevents corrosion access. The valve guarantees bubble tight seat leakage at its rated close-off.
