The Honeywell 14-inch, 2-way Butterfly Valve is flanged and delivers a Cv of 3384 at a 60-degree stroke and a Cv of 10538 at a 90-degree stroke. Constructed with a polyester-coated cast iron body, this valve combines robustness and durability. The peroxide-cured EPDM resilient seat and a 416 stainless steel stem ensure longevity and consistent performance.

This Butterfly Valve is available in sizes ranging from 2 to 20 inches, featuring ANSI Class 125/150 Lug Pipe connections to accommodate versatile industrial needs. This valve can handle bi-directional flow, and it has an extended neck to allow for 2 inches of pipe insulation.

Additionally, the valve discs are created from a Nylon 11 coated, cast iron material to add a layer of corrosion resistance, diminish friction, and facilitate the use of lower-torque actuators with larger valve body sizes. To shield from weather, chemical, UV, abrasion, and impact damage, the valve body is coated in polyester, enhancing its durability.

The stainless steel valve stem includes a close-tolerance internal double-D disk connection, without any points for corrosion access. This feature results in bubble tight seat leakage at the rated close-off, ensuring efficient and reliable operation.

This valve is engineered for services involving hot water and chilled water-glycol solutions. It provides an equal percentage flow characteristic and can function within the operating temperature range of -40 F to 250 F (-40 C to 121 C). It can also withstand a close-off pressure of up to 150 psi.
