This Butterfly Valve is available in sizes ranging from 2 to 20 inches, featuring ANSI Class 125/150 Lug Pipe connections to accommodate versatile industrial needs. This valve can handle bi-directional flow, and it has an extended neck to allow for 2 inches of pipe insulation.
Additionally, the valve discs are created from a Nylon 11 coated, cast iron material to add a layer of corrosion resistance, diminish friction, and facilitate the use of lower-torque actuators with larger valve body sizes. To shield from weather, chemical, UV, abrasion, and impact damage, the valve body is coated in polyester, enhancing its durability.
The stainless steel valve stem includes a close-tolerance internal double-D disk connection, without any points for corrosion access. This feature results in bubble tight seat leakage at the rated close-off, ensuring efficient and reliable operation.
