The Honeywell Butterfly Valve is a two-way device with a 14-inch width. This valve is flanged and offers 3384 Cv at a 60-degree stroke and 10538 Cv at a 90-degree stroke. It features a polyester-coated cast iron body that's remarkably resistant against weather, chemical reactions, ultra-violet rays, abrasion, and impact. The valve has a peroxide-cured EPDM resilient seat and a 416 stainless steel stem. This product offers a range of sizes, extending from 2 to 20 inches, with ANSI Class 125/150 lug pipe connections.

This Honeywell valve is designed for bi-directional flow and has an extended neck to support 2 inches of pipe insulation. Additionally, the valve utilizes nylon 11 coated, cast iron disks for improved corrosion resistance, reduced friction, and compatibility with lower-torque actuators when paired with larger valve body sizes.

The valve stem, made of stainless steel, includes a double-D disk connection. This unique design offers a close tolerance internal mechanism with no points for corrosion access. The valve also guarantees a bubble-tight seal for seat leakage at the rated close-off.

This Butterfly Valve is suitable for services involving hot water and chilled water-glycol solutions and offers an equal percentage flow characteristic. The operating temperature ranges from -40 F to 250 F (-40 C to 121 C), and it can successfully operate under a close-off pressure of 150 psi.
