It features a polyester-coated cast iron body that boasts a Cv of 2563 at a 60-degree stroke and 8077 at a 90-degree stroke. It is fitted with a peroxide cured EPDM resilient seat and a 416 stainless steel stem, affording the valve outstanding durability against wear and tear.

Accommodating sizes from 2 to 20 inches, the valve has ANSI Class 125/150 lug pipe connections and supports bi-directional flow. Its extended neck is designed for 2 inches of pipe insulation and it features cast iron disks, coated with Nylon 11 for superior corrosion resistance, reduced friction and compatibility with lower-torque actuators even with larger valves body sizes.

The valve's body, made of cast iron, is protected by a polyester coating to act as a defense against weather, chemical exposure, UV rays, abrasion, and impact. Additionally, its stainless steel stem possesses a close-tolerance internal double-D disk connection, denying any points for potential corrosion access.

This Butterfly Valve further enhances its operational efficiency with a bubble-tight seat leakage at its rated close-off. Designed to be used in both hot water and chilled water-glycol solutions, the valve proves its flexibility and reliability with its equal percentage flow characteristic.
