The Honeywell 2-Way 1/2 in. NPT Ball Valve Assembly is a Characterized Control Valve with a 2 Cv value. It is a sturdy, direct-coupled device made from stainless steel and capable of delivering 44 in-lb of torque. This non-fail-safe assembly uses a 24V floating power supply and provides 0/2-10 DC feedback.

Designed for versatility, the Ball Valve Assembly accommodates sizes ranging from 1/2 in. to 3 in. with internal female NPT connections. It features a reduced B Port Cv that ensures consistent loop flow. Flexibility for installation and operation is secured through numerous features like field configurability for normally open or normally closed fail-safe positions. During installation or power failures, the removable manual operating handle provides manual control over the valve. The actuator can be mounted on the valve in any of four orientations, enabling adaptability to varied system designs.

This Assembly comes with a shield-serviceable stem assembly and offers a wide range of Cv choices from 0.33 up to 299. Due to its unique design, the valve can be installed in a globe valve T pattern without the need for extra elbows or piping.

Suitable for hot and chilled water services with glycol solutions up to 50%, this Honeywell Ball Valve Assembly has an equal percentage flow characteristic. It can function at operating temperatures ranging from -5 F to 140 F (-20 C to 60 C), and can safely operate at ratings up to 360 psi.
