The Honeywell Ball Valve, 3 Way, 4 in. 197 Cv product integrates into its design a flanged, cast iron body complemented by a Teflon seat and a 316 stainless steel stem. It comes in sizes ranging from 4 to 6 inches and incorporates ANSI Class 125 flanged connections. Notable among its features is a removable manual operating handle, thereby delivering a high level of control during installation or in the case of power failure. The Ball Valve is field configurable for default positions, either normally open or normally closed. For outdoor installations, an optional NEMA 3R(IP54) rated enclosure is provided.

The valve also offers the flexibility of four actuator mounting positions while a broad Cv range is available from 91 to 650. Valve flow patterns follow the globe valve A-B-AB model with service towards Side B Port. The service specifications include hot and chilled water with glycol solutions up to 50%. It has a flow characteristic from Port A to AB of an Equal Percentage and from Port B to AB, a Linear flow with 20% reduced flow capacity. Its operating temperature ranges from -22 F to 250 F (-30 C to 121 C). Lastly, this Honeywell Ball Valve has a close-off pressure of 70 psi.
