The Honeywell Ball Valve 3 Way 1/2 in. 2.4 Cv is an NPT Threaded, characterized control valve composed of Nickel Chrome Plated Brass. These valves are produced in sizes from 1/2 in. to 3 in. featuring internal female NPT connections. A noticeable feature is the reduced B Port Cv which caters to constant loop flow. The valve is field-configurable, allowing for a fail-safe position to be either normally open or closed. Complementing the flexible design, the valve includes a removable manual handle for control during installation or power failures. The actuator exhibits versatility, being mountable on the valve in any of the four orientations. The valve beneficiates from a shield-serviceable stem assembly and provides a wide range of Cv choices, extending from 0.33 to 416. With a globe valve T pattern installation, the valve does not require additional elbows or piping. The valve is suitable for hot and chilled water services, with glycol solutions up to 50%. It operates on an equal percentage flow characteristic and maintains an operating temperature ranging from -22 F to 250 F (-30 C to 121 C). The maximum safe operating rating of the valve is 360 psi.
