The B Port Cv is reduced to ensure constant loop flow, and it can be field-configured to either a normally open or closed fail-safe position according to the specific requirements. With a removable manual operating handle, the valve can be easily controlled during installation or in case of power failure.
The added provision of multiple orientation mounting for the actuator coupled with a shield-serviceable stem assembly enhances the overall ease of operation. This Honeywell valve model offers a broad selection of Cv choices from 0.33 to 447, allowing you to select the optimal flow rate for your application.
One of the distinguishing features of this valve is its ability to install in a globe valve T pattern, eliminating the need for extra elbows or additional piping. It is ideally suited for servicing hot and chilled water with glycol solutions up to 50%.
