The IC694DSM314 is a Multi-Axis Motion Controller Module designed by GE Fanuc for the RX3i PACSystem series. This advanced module integrates high-performance motion control with the logical processing capabilities inherent to the RX3i PACSystem. It supports two distinct control loop configurations: Standard Mode, where the follower control loop is disabled, and Follower Mode, which enables follower control. The IC694DSM314 is compatible with GE Fanuc α Series and β Series digital servo amplifiers and motors, as well as a variety of other systems. Key features of the module include velocity feed forward with a position error integrator, high-resolution programming units, and the ability to process motion programs for 1 to 4 axes, along with non-volatile storage supporting up to 10 programs and 40 subroutines. The module is equipped with a single-point connection for efficient programming and configuration, while its flash memory allows for firmware updates.
