Description
The GE Fanuc IC693CPU331 is a single-slot modular CPU for the Series 90-30 PLC. Built on an 80188 microprocessor running at 10 MHz, it executes Boolean logic at approximately 0.4 ms per K and provides up to 16K bytes of user program memory plus 128 system status reference bits. Backplane load is 350 mA at +5V DC.
Unlike the embedded-CPU baseplates, the CPU331 supports system expansion: up to five baseplates total, one CPU baseplate plus four expansion or remote baseplates, making it suitable for mid-size Series 90-30 systems. Ambient operating range is 0 to 60 degrees C.
