The IC693BEM321 is a 90-30 GE Series I/O Link Master Module designed for use in industrial automation applications. Serving as the master controller for Fanuc’s input/output link, this module facilitates high-speed data exchange between a master unit and up to 16 slave devices, accommodating up to 1024 discrete inputs and 1024 discrete outputs. Configuration of the module can be achieved through GE's 90-30 Series configuration software or a hand-held programmer. Compatible with various devices, including 90-70 Series PLCs, 90-30 Series PLCs, operator panels, and connection units, the IC693BEM321 can be installed in any available input/output slot on the GE 90-30 Series baseplates, with the capability of housing up to six master modules per CPU baseplate. For ease of maintenance, the module includes a pushbutton reset to restart link operations in the event of failure. It features a 20-pin Honda-type connector on the front panel for connecting the first slave device in the input/output link.
