The GE Fanuc IC693ACC336 Auxiliary Terminal Board is designed for use with the DSM302 Motion Mate, a key component of the GE Fanuc Series 90-30 PLC systems. This terminal board facilitates connectivity for auxiliary devices by implementing two types of terminal interfaces: Servo-Axis and Auxiliary. The Motion Mate module interfaces with the PLC through reliable 36-pin connectors, while the DSM302 can connect using either a 1-meter cable (IC800CBL324) or a 3-meter cable (IC800CBL325); it is advised against substituting these with custom cables. The IC693ACC336 can be mounted in the leftmost slots of the Motion Mate board, specifically Auxiliary Axis 3 and 4, allowing integration with incremental quadrature encoders, strobe detectors, or external switches. The terminal board features 38 screw terminals, supporting a maximum voltage of +30 VDC for terminals 16-18 and +5 VDC for all other terminals. Notably, two of these terminals are labeled with an "S," one of which must be connected to an earth-ground panel to ensure safe operation. The IC693ACC336 can be mounted using the provided DIN rail mounting feet, with mounted dimensions of 125 x 45 x 48 mm. Additionally, a panel assembly option is available, which requires the removal of the UM-45SEFE side elements from the PCB, to be replaced with UMK-45 SES elements for proper installation.
