The GE Fanuc IC693ACC335 is a digital servo axis terminal board designed to facilitate the connection between DSM connector A or B and a GE Fanuc α or β Digital Servo amplifier. This terminal board features two 36-pin connectors: one labeled DSM, which interfaces with the DSM via cables IC693CBL324 or IC693CBL325, and the other labeled SERVO, which connects to the Digital Servo amplifier using servo command cables IC800CBL001 or IC800CBL002. In applications where no additional devices will be connected to the IC693ACC335's screw terminals, the terminal board and associated cable may be omitted. In such scenarios, the Digital Servo Command Cable can be directly linked from the Digital Servo Amplifier to the DSM302 faceplate via either connector A or B. It is essential to configure the OT Limit Switch parameter to DISABLE to ensure proper operation of the DSM. If bypassing the terminal board for user I/O points such as home limit inputs, the appropriate connection must be made on the front of the DSM302, utilizing connector A for servo axis 1 or connector B for servo axis 2.
