New, Refurbished and Repairs Available Multiple options to meet your needs and budget

The IC660BBD022 is a sophisticated 24 VDC Source I/O block designed for GE Fanuc's series 90-30 PLCs, offering 16 circuits that are compatible with both 2-wire and 3-wire solid-state sensors, as well as electromechanical sensors. This I/O block simplifies configuration by allowing each circuit to function as an input, output, or tristate input without the need for additional components, with power supplied directly to all circuits. Noteworthy features include output test capability, selectable input time filtering, configurable output power-up defaults, and options for holding the last state or reverting to default settings. Furthermore, the IC660BBD022 enhances system reliability with protection against electronic short circuits and overheating, along with the ability to detect failed switches, no-load conditions, and open wire situations in tristate inputs. It is designed for efficient heat dissipation with a maximum of 68.8 watts at 2 amps. The block integrates seamlessly with previous versions, provided a compatible electronics assembly is connected, and should be installed in a protective enclosure to prevent exposure to airborne contaminants while ensuring adequate cooling. A reliable grounding system is essential, and the block features 22 terminals that accommodate #12 wire or two #14 wires, with DC power connections available at terminals 5 and 22. The operating voltage range is 18-30 VDC, and maximum load current is rated at 2 amps. Care should be taken to avoid electrical shock when replacing electronics assemblies. The unit operates effectively within a temperature range of 32 to 140 degrees Fahrenheit.
