GE Fanuc IC200PNS001

The IC200PNS001 is a VersaMax PROFINET Scanner from GE Fanuc, designed to facilitate seamless communication between remote nodes of VersaMax modules and a PROFINET I/O network. This versatile module excels in retrieving input data and delivering output data, enhancing the efficiency of industrial automation systems. The IC200PNS001 features two shielded RJ-45 media connectors, allowing it to support one or two power supplies, with the second supply being optional. Power supplies can be conveniently mounted directly to the module for secure attachment. This scanner operates effectively within a temperature range of 0 to 60°C and has dimensions of 5.2 mm height by 5.28 mm width. User-friendly LEDs provide critical status feedback, including two power supply LEDs that illuminate green when adequate power is supplied and a solid green OK LED indicating readiness for normal operations. If the OK LED blinks amber, it signals a power-up failure or a terminal error, while the Connect LED blinks amber to indicate the scanner is not yet ready for use. Notably, the IC200PNS001 has no network upon initial power-up, and once a network name is assigned, the corresponding LED will turn off.

This network scanner supports two Ethernet ports, offering network speeds of 10/100 Mbps with auto-sensing capabilities. The device requires a power supply of 3 Watts and is compatible with an RX3i PLC CPU with firmware version 7.0 or later.
