The IC200MDL940 is a Form A Relay Output Module designed for the GE Fanuc VersaMax series, providing a robust solution with 16 output points divided into two groups of eight. Each output point is individually isolated, allowing flexibility for both channel-to-channel and group-to-group isolation. This module employs fixed coil relays with moving armatures and utilizes silver contact types for enhanced durability and reliability. It is compatible with the IC200CHS101 and IC200CHS102 series of VersaMax interposing disconnect bases.

Power consumption for the IC200MDL940 reaches up to 490 milliamps from a five-volt output backplane, which supplies its primary power; however, an additional power supply is required for load switching operations. The module supports two output voltage settings: for alternating current, it can handle a range from 0 to 265 volts at a frequency of 47 to 63 hertz, with nominal values of 120 volts and 240 volts. For direct current applications, the output voltage range extends from 0 to 125 volts, with nominal values of 5 volts, 24 volts, and 125 volts.

Load current specifications indicate a minimum of 10 milliamps per point, varying with voltage conditions. In alternating current mode, the maximum load per point is 2 amperes for 5 to 265 volts, while in direct current mode, the maximum load is similarly 2 amperes for 5 to 30 volts and drops to 0.2 amperes for 31 to 125 volts.
