Fagor Automation

Each kit pairs a Fagor digital readout with the linear scales and mounting hardware for a specific machine travel. ProKits are 2-axis kits for knee mills (20iM or 400i display) and lathes (20iT or 400i display), while EXTREME kits add a third scale for the Z axis (quill or knee). Grinder kits pair the 400i display with scales sized for surface grinders. The kit title lists the axes and travel, for example 12" x 30".

The Innova 10i, 20i and 30i display 1, 2 or 3 axes. The M versions are built for milling, the T versions for turning and the E versions for EDM; the general-purpose versions suit grinders and other machines. The 400i adds a color display and up to 4 axes, and the 400i-TS adds spindle control for lathes.

MT and MKT slim scales and CT heavy-duty scales give a TTL output at 5 µm resolution with ±10 µm accuracy. The M2X and C2X versions use a differential TTL output at 1 µm and are accurate to ±5 µm. FT long-travel scales use a steel tape instead of glass and cover travels from 3,240 mm to 30,040 mm, for long-bed lathes and boring mills.
