Honeywell Modutrol IV Motor, Non-Spring Return - M9194D1003/U

The Honeywell Modutrol IV Motor is a non-spring return type with a torque rating of 300 in-lb. It is a robust and reliable industrial motor designed to operate at 24V and a power consumption of 15 VA. This model utilizes a proportional control system that runs with a 135-ohm control signal and comes inclusive of a transformer.

The motor's design features an in-built junction box that offers NEMA 3 level weather protection when the motor is placed in an upright position. Its operation and the integrated circuitry system are powered by the 24 VAC. Quick-connect terminals are used as a standard feature offering ease of installation with the option for a screw terminal adapter if needed.

Perfect for retrofitting older systems, an adapter bracket is available to match the earlier motors' shaft height. These motors are designed with a field-adjustable stroke, ranging from 90 to 160 degrees. Available options include integral auxiliary switches that can be either pre-mounted by the factory or added in the field according to requirement.

The Modutrol IV Motor models all come with dual shafts that are double-ended with slots and taps for versatility, and they also have auxiliary switch cams. Of note is the fixed torque maintained throughout the entire voltage range. As for the varying operating conditions, this motor performs reliably under temperatures ranging from -40°F to 150°F (-40°C to 60°C). The electrical connections are facilitated by quick-connect terminals for ease and convenience.
