The Honeywell Characterized Control Valve is a 2 Cv, two-way ball valve assembly with a nickel chrome-plated brass body, designed for direct coupling. Operating with a non-fail-safe mechanism, it is a 24 V, floating control valve that features 0/2-10 DC Feedback.

This advanced valve assembly with 1/2 in. internal female NPT connections can accommodate a variety of sizes, ranging from 1/2 inch to 3 inches. A distinct feature includes a reduced B port Cv, designed to maintain a constant loop flow. Flexibility is a key element of this valve assembly; it is field configurable and can be set for normally open or normally closed fail-safe positions.

Handling is easy and efficient with a removable manual operating handle that can control the valve during installation or in cases of power failure. The maximum safe operating rating of the valve is 360 psi, and it operates with a power consumption of 24 VAC.
