The Honeywell Ball Valve is a three-way, five-inch valve with a high Cv of 240. The valve features a robust, flanged cast-iron body, a Teflon seat, and a durable 316 stainless steel stem. Suitable for a range of sizes from 4 to 6 inches, the valve boasts ANSI Class 125 flanged connections. The value-added feature of a removable manual operating handle allows control of the valve during installation or in the event of power failure. This valve is field configurable for normally open or normally closed fail-safe positions. For outdoor applications, this product comes with an optional NEMA 3R (IP54) rated enclosure. The actuator can be mounted on the valve in any of four positions. With a wide range of Cv choices from 91 to 650, the valve offers a globe valve A-B-AB flow pattern and Side B port. It is suitable for both hot and chilled water services as well as glycol solutions of up to 50%. The flow characteristic between port A to AB is equal percentage, while that from port B to AB is linear with a 20% reduced flow capacity. The ball valve operates efficiently within a temperature range of -22 F to 250 F (-30 C To 121 C) and can withstand a close off pressure up to 70 psi.
