The Honeywell On-Off Primary Burner Control is an advanced system designed for efficient and safe burner operation. Among its many features is the inclusion of pre-and post-purge capabilities, which are crucial in maintaining the safety and efficiency of the burner. This industrial controller operates at a frequency of 50/60 Hz and a voltage of 120 VAC, harnessing an interrupted pilot type.

A key feature is the ability to establish a main flame within a period of 10 seconds, followed by a 4-second or 10-second pilot flame establishing period. Following this is a 15-second post-purge and a delayed main valve.

This technologically advanced burner control system includes automatic burner sequencing, flame supervision, as well as system status indication. It is also engineered with diagnostic capabilities allowing for system or self-diagnostics and troubleshooting. The operation of this system requires a subbase, amplifier, and a purge card, ensuring the highest level of accuracy and performance.

One of the options available with this control system includes interfaces available for Modbus, Keyboard Display Module, and Remote Display Module. It also offers the first-out expanded annunciator. The system is designed with five LEDs that provide a clear sequence of information, interchangeable plug-in amplifiers, allowing for convenient interchangeability, and provides local or remote notification of operation and fault information through the optional S7800 Keyboard Display Module.

The burner control system contains a non-volatile memory that retains history files and lockout status upon loss of power and allows for selectable recycle or lockout during a loss of airflow or flame. Additional features include a shutter drive output.

Catering to diverse operational needs, it can function within temperatures of -40 F to 140 F. The prepurge timings are determined by the ST7800A Purge Timer Card, offering selectable interlocks for enhanced safety and operational efficiency.
