The Honeywell Modutrol IV Motor is a spring return motor with a 60 in-lb torque rating, designed to operate on a 24V system. The motor is constructed with a 24 VA power requirement and is modulating with a 2 to 10 VDC control signal.

This model boasts an integral junction box which offers NEMA 3 weather protection when the motor is mounted upright. It is available in models with adjustable start and span. Additionally, the motors are designed to work with either normally open or normally closed valves and dampers.

In case of a power failure, an integral spring returns the motor to the normal position, ensuring consistent performance across spring return models. A key feature of this model is that the motor and circuitry draw power from a reliable 24 VAC source.
