The Siemens 6ES7155-5AA01-0AB0 is a SIMATIC IM 155-5 PN ST interface module for the ET 200MP distributed I/O system. It connects a rack of S7-1500 form-factor I/O modules to PROFINET IO, supporting up to 12 I/O modules without an additional power supply, or up to 30 with additional power supply modules.
The module supports shared device, media redundancy (MRP), isochronous real time (IRT) down to 0.25 ms, isochronous mode, firmware update over the network, I&M0-3 identification data, and fast startup. It is the standard station head for ET 200MP remote racks used with S7-1500 controllers.
