The National Instruments PCI-6281 Multifunction Data Acquisition (DAQ) device (Part Number: 779019-01) is part of the M Series, designed to deliver enhanced performance with 18-bit analog input accuracy. This device encompasses a voltage range of ±10 V and achieves a resolution equivalent to 5 digits for direct current measurements. Equipped with a built-in low-pass filter, the PCI-6281 effectively mitigates high-frequency noise while operating at an adjustable frequency of up to 40 kHz, preventing aliasing for precise data acquisition. With 16 single-ended or 8 differential analog input channels, each capable of sampling at 625 kS/s, this DAQ also features two 16-bit analog output channels and two counter/timers with a 32-bit resolution operating at 80 MHz. The PCI-6281 has vibration ratings of 0.3 grms during operation and 2.4 grms for non-operating conditions within a frequency range of 5 to 500 Hz.
