National Instruments PCI-5124

The National Instruments PCI-5124 Oscilloscope is a high-performance PCI device designed for PC-based measurement and automation applications. It features a robust NI-SCOPE instrument driver that supports rapid setup and comprehensive control access, enabling users to leverage more than 50 pre-written sample programs. The PCI-5124 supports programming environments such as LabVIEW, C++, and Visual Basic, facilitating flexible integration into existing workflows. This oscilloscope is available in three configurations with varying onboard memory sizes: 8 MB/ch (Part Number 779171-01), 32 MB/ch (Part Number 779171-02), and 256 MB/ch (Part Number 779171-03).

With capabilities akin to a traditional benchtop oscilloscope, the NI-SCOPE driver provides essential measurement functionalities and a responsive interface through the NI-SCOPE Soft Front Panel UI. For quick automated testing, users can take advantage of pre-configured Express VIs to initiate data acquisition seamlessly. The LabVIEW SignalExpress environment allows for data acquisition, analysis, and logging with minimal programming effort.

Technical specifications include two simultaneous channels with 12-bit resolution, a maximum sample rate of 200 MS/s, and random interleaved sampling of up to 4.0 GS/s, alongside a bandwidth of 150 MHz and input voltage ranges from 200 mVpp to 20 Vpp. The PCI-5124 measures 14.0 in × 0.8 in × 4.4 in and weighs 16 oz.
