Honeywell Pressuretrol Limit Controller - L4079W1000/U

The Honeywell Pressuretrol Limit Controller is specifically designed for oil applications. It features a pressure range of 10 to 150 psi, functioning through a single-pole single-throw (SPST) mechanism that breaks on pressure rise. The unit is furnished with a manual reset switch operation, mounting easily with a 1/4 inch NPT.

An integral part of the controller's design is a robust stainless steel diaphragm. This diaphragm can proficiently operate not only with steam and air but also with non-combustible gases and fluids that do not corrode stainless steel. The controller is installed with a micro switch snap-acting mechanism, which allows the switch to open automatically upon pressure rise. However, the switch necessitates manual resetting.

You can easily mount the Pressuretrol Limit Controller using a 1/4 inch NPT female fitting on the diaphragm assembly or surface mount it through the base of the case. The controller is designed for connection via screw terminals. The unit can operate effectively up to a maximum temperature of 150 F (66 C) without any detrimental impact on its sensor element, which is also crafted out of stainless steel.
