The Honeywell On-Off Primary Burner Control is a sophisticated device designed with pre-configurable and programmable post-purge functionality. Functioning optimally at 120 VAC and a 50/60 Hz frequency, this model stands out with its choice of selectable pilot types and a 4-second or 10-second pilot flame establishing period. The unit also incorporates an LED fault annunciation feature that blinks when there's an issue.

Advanced features of the unit include a wide range of functions such as automatic burner sequencing, flame supervision, system status indication, systematic diagnostics, as well as troubleshooting mechanisms. The programmable post-purge feature can be operated using the S7800A1142 keyboard display, which is sold separately. When a safety shutdown occurs, the power LED indicates the fault code by blinking.

The burner control necessitates a subbase, amplifier, and purge card for operation. Multiple auxiliary options such as Modbus interface, keyboard display module, remote display module, and first-out expanded annunciator enhance the overall functionality of the system. For ease in operation checks, five LEDs have been incorporated in the model to provide sequencing information.

The Honeywell On-Off Primary Burner Control is designed with plug-in amplifiers which can be interchangeable. All operation and fault information can be announced locally or remotely using the S7800 keyboard display module. The in-built non-volatile memory remains unaltered and retains history files and lockout status even following a power loss. The unit also enables selectable recycle or lockout on loss of airflow or flame and includes a shutter drive output.

The controller manages to work efficiently under operating conditions spanning from -40 F to 140 F. The pre-purge duration is determined by the ST7800A purge timer card and allows selectable interlocks, offering robust, customizable control to operators.
