The Honeywell On-Off Primary Burner Control operates with a standard voltage of 120 VAC and a frequency of 50/60 Hz. This control is designed featuring an Intermittent Pilot Type and a 30 Second Fixed Pilot Flame Establishing Period, providing a consistent Intermittent Main Flame Establishing Period.
A myriad of advanced features are incorporated in this Honeywell product. It is skillfully engineered to perform functions such as Automatic Burner Sequencing, Flame Supervision, System Status Indication, along with System and Self Diagnostics, and Troubleshooting for operational efficiency.
To ensure reliable operation, this burner control requires a subbase and an amplifier. For expanded functionality, options for a Modbus interface, a Keyboard Display Module, and a Remote Display Module are also available. The user-friendly design encompasses Five LEDs that provide vital sequence information, and interchangeable plug-in amplifiers for flexible usage.
Both local and remote annunciation of operation and fault information can be achieved, owing to the optional features. Furthermore, the non-volatile memory of this control retains history files and lockout status even after the loss of power. The control also allows users to select relight or lockout on the loss of flame as per their operational needs.
Specifically built as an On-Off Primary Control application, it robustly operates in a wide range of operating conditions, from -40 F to 140 F, maintaining its precision and functionality.
