The Honeywell Small Body Gas Valve is a part of the Valve Train series, specifically designed for low-pressure industrial applications. Integrated with a characterized guide safety shutoff, it is compatible with 3/4 in., 1 in., 1-1/4 in, and 2 in. piping sizes. This valve operates at an optimal performance under a maximum pressure of 5 psi and is designed to collaborate with V9055, V4055, and V4062 systems.

Key features of the valve include three 1/4 in. to 18 NPT upstream taps and two 1/4 in. to 18 NPT downstream taps. It is engineered to mount directly in the gas supply line. The valve is available in seven pipe adapter sizes ranging from 3/4 inches to 3 inches, with options for NPT or BSP threaded connections. The CE version of the valve offers the additional convenience of an extra downstream tap and plug.

Moreover, a yellow SHUT indicator attached to the valve stem enables easy recognition of the valve's closed position. This valve has a characterized guide and can offer various operational modes when used in combination with V4055, V4062, and V9055 fluid power actuators. These modes include slow-opening, HI-LO-OFF, and modulating functions.

The Small Body Gas Valve functions efficiently with both natural and LP gas types. Its capacity spans a wide range from 665 cf/hr up to 3620 cf/hr. This valve can withstand harsh operating conditions, from extreme cold at -40 F (-40 C) to heat up to 150 F (66 C), proving it an ideal choice for a broad spectrum of industrial applications.
