Honeywell Gas Valve, Large Body Valve Train - V5097D1016/U

The Large Body Train Gas Valve is a high-pressure integrated valve equipped with an on/off safety shutoff feature. Designed for use with V9055, V4055, and V4062, it can accommodate 2 in., 2-1/2 in., and 3 in. pipe sizes. The valve is sturdy enough to handle a maximum operating pressure of 5 psi.

One of the unique characteristics of this valve is that it includes three 1/4 in. to 18 NPT upstream taps and two 1/4 in. to 18 NPT downstream taps. Engineered to mount directly in the gas supply line, this valve is versatile with seven pipe adapter sizes ranging from 3/4 in. to 3 in., all of which have NPT or BSP threaded connections.

The CE version of the Large Body Train Gas Valve additionally offers a downstream tap and a plug. The valve comes with a yellow SHUT indicator attached to the valve stem, providing an easy visual indication of when the valve is in the closed position.

The Large Body Train Gas Valve is intended for on/off service, capable of withstanding high-pressure applications. It's compatible with natural or LP gas types. The capacity measures from 3620 cf/hr to 5230 cf/hr. This robust valve operates effectively in conditions ranging from -40 F to 150 F (-40 C to 66 C), making it a reliable choice for a wide array of industrial environments.
