Honeywell Gas Valve, Large Body Valve Train - V5097C1018/U

The Large Body Gas Valve for Valve Train is a low-pressure integral valve designed with an on/off safety shutoff, exhibiting a dual seal feature. This large body gas valve is suitable for pipe sizes of 2 inches to 3 inches, and can endure a maximum operating pressure of 5 psi. The product is optimized for use with V9055, V4055, and V4062.

Key product features include three upstream taps and two downstream taps, each measuring 1/4 inch to 18 NPT. The valve can be mounted directly in the gas supply line, offering considerable flexibility in installation. It is designed with seven pipe adapter sizes that range from 3/4 inch to 3 inches and come with either NPT or BSP threaded connections. The CE version of this product comes with an additonal downstream tap and plug for extra utility.

A yellow 'SHUT' indicator, attached to the valve stem, provides a clear indication of the valve's closed position. This large body gas valve is designed for on/off service and comes with a double seal. When paired with V4055D,E actuators, this valve can provide a proof-of-closure switch and a valve seal over-travel interlock.

Designed for use with either natural or LP gas, this valve offers a capacity that ranges between 3620 cf/hr to 5230 cf/hr. The large body gas valve operates efficiently under conditions ranging from -40 F to 150 F (-40 C to 66 C), ensuring high-performance delivery in a variety of environments.
