The Honeywell Large Body Valve Train Gas Valve is a low-pressure integrated control mechanism carefully designed for use with various Honeywell actuators such as V9055, V4055 and V4062. This valve boasts the ability to accommodate extensive pipe sizes, specifically of 2, 2-1/2 or 3 inches, at a maximum operating pressure of 5 psi. It is also furnished with three 1/4 inch to 18NPT upstream taps and two 1/4 inch to 18NPT downstream taps.

The valve can be mounted directly in the gas supply line for convenient installation. Its comprehensive adaptability is demonstrated in its acceptance of seven pipe adapter sizes ranging from 3/4 inches to 3 inches, which have NPT or BSP threaded connections. The CE version includes an additional downstream tap and plug for enhanced functionality.

Further, the valve includes a yellow SHUT indicator attached to the stem, providing an easy-to-read indication of the valve's closed position. Boasting a characterized guide, this valve combined with the compatible V4055, V4062, and V9055 fluid power actuators, provides robust slow-opening, HI-LO-OFF, and modulating functions respectively.
