Honeywell Gas Valve, 2 in., NPT - V5055E1005/U

The Honeywell Gas Valve is a high-pressure, 2 in., NPT valve suitable for a variety of industrial applications. This valve is designed to operate under a maximum pressure of 5 psi, and it includes on/off safety shutoff with double seal for added safety assurance. As part of its unique features, it includes a 1/4 in. to 18 NPT upstream tap and plug, along with a similar downstream tap and plug. This valve is a compatible accessory for use with V9055, V4055, and V4062 Honeywell units.

Its design allows for direct mounting in the gas supply line, enhancing its ease of installation and integration within existing systems. Particularly, the V5055 Normally Closed Valves, that are part of the system, are rated for final shutoff service safety shutoff to improve reliability and safety during operation.

The gas valve includes a double seal and when used with V4055D,E actuators, provides proof-of-closure switch and valve seal over-travel interlock. This feature boosts the valve's efficiency and safety in high pressure applications.

The Honeywell Gas Valve supports both natural or LP types of gas and boasts a commendable capacity of 3620 cf/hr. It is engineered to robustly perform under diverse operating conditions, ranging from -40 F to 150 F (-40 C to 66 C), thereby offering reliability in a variety of environments.
