Honeywell Gas Valve, 2-1/2 in., NPT - V5055C1018/U

The Honeywell Gas Valve comes with a 2-1/2 inch NPT, designed to mount directly in the gas supply line for seamless integration. Capable of functioning at a maximum operating pressure of 5 psi, it's equipped with an on/off safety shutoff and double seal to ensure utmost safety and reliable operation. As part of its design, the valve includes 1/4 inch to 18 NPT upstream tap and plug, plus 1/4 inch to 18 NPT downstream tap and plug, making it compatible with V9055, V4055, and V4062 devices.

As a unique attribute, the V5055 normally closed valves are rated for final shutoff service safety shutoff, ensuring high performance in an on/off service environment. Along with this, they are used with V4055D,E actuators to provide proof-of-closure switch and valve seal over-travel interlock, enhancing operational effectiveness and safety. The valve supports both natural gas and LP fuels and boasts a capacity of 4250 cubic feet per hour.

To cater to a wide range of applications, it's designed to handle operating conditions ranging from -40 Fahrenheit to 150 Fahrenheit (-40 Celsius to 66 Celsius), showcasing superior functionality under varying climatic conditions.
