The Honeywell Flame Signal Amplifier is designed with a flame failure response time of either 0.8 or 1.0 seconds. Enhanced with Ampli-Check self-checking functionality, this device is easily identifiable by its unique purple color. It is specially designed for compatibility with the Gas, Oil: Minipeeper C7027A, C7035A, C7044 flame sensor and the 7800 series relay modules serve as the primary safety control. Offering a flame signal strength range between 0.0 and 5.0 VDC, it provides reliable and precise measurements. This amplifier can be plugged into the 7800 relay module via a printed circuit board edge connector, which is keyed for proper orientation, ensuring secure and accurate connections. To facilitate user interaction and troubleshooting, it is equipped with flame signal test jacks that allow for the measurement of amplifier flame signal voltage. To aid in quick identification, it comes with color-coded labels that specify the type of flame detection.
