The Honeywell Direct Coupled Actuator, with a Spring Return functionality, is a reliable and sturdy control device unit designed for industrial automation systems. One of the main features of this actuator is its compact and corrosion-resistant form factor which simplifies installation, ensuring it can seamlessly nestle under the cover of most baseboard convectors, provided the actuator is correctly fitted to the valve body. This device is also equipped with a one-button, quick-release badge and a secure 3-point metal latch system that strongly affixes to the valve body, guaranteeing secure installation and operations.

This Honeywell actuator employs line or low voltage, rust-resistant motors. In the event of a power failure, the incorporated manual opener ensures uninterrupted installation and maintains valve operations. When power is restored, the valve can automatically revert to its original position without the need for manual resetting. Additionally, the actuator can be reinstalled or serviced without having to drain the system or disassemble the valve, thus reducing downtime and enhancing maintenance efficiency.

The actuator also features a slotted conduit hole, designed to expedite wiring processes and reducing manual labor.
