Honeywell proudly presents its Direct Coupled Actuator, a stout performer boasting a 44 lb-in spring return capacity. Designed for seamless operation with 24 VAC and a 6/3 VA rating, this actuator excels in two-position, single-pole, single-throw (SPST) setups. Enjoy the versatility of volume control dampers. These can be mounted directly to the drive shaft or located remotely, enabling adaptability in system setups through the use of accessory hardware. Adding to its fetching usability is its compatibility with quarter-turn rotary valves, such as ball or butterfly valves that are mounted directly to the drive shaft. In an effort to maintain adaptability, we have made this model available with a cable on selected versions.

Our Direct Coupled Actuator also sports impressive resiliency and convenience in its technical specifications. With a power consumption requirement of 24 VAC and an operating temperature range of -40 F to 150 F (-40 C to 65 C), it stands as a sturdy and reliable device suitable for a wide variety of environments. Electrical connections are made simple and secure with field wiring available for 18 AWG to 14 AWG conductors, and up to 2-14 AWG conductors to screw terminals, all located under the removable access cover for easy accessibility. An auxiliary SPDT switch is provided for broader control options. This robust housing is further enhanced by the inclusion of a self-centering shaft adapter for superior stability in operation.
