The Direct Coupled Actuator with a powerful torque of 175 lb-in is a spring return model powered by 24 VAC with a 16 VA rating. It incorporates a Single Pole Double Throw (SPDT) floating switch, ranges between 2-10 VDC, and is capable of intake a 4-20 mA with a 500-ohm resistor to facilitate on/off activities. Incorporating a self-centering shaft adapter, this tool proves efficient in coupling a wide range of shaft sizes.

The advanced model is Sylk-enabled and comes with an access cover to facilitate seamless connectivity. Built with a metal housing that provides adequate mechanic end limits, the device can easily have its spring return direction selected in the field. It features a shaft position indicator coupled with a scale for enhanced accuracy.

For safety and security purposes, manual winding capability comes integrated with a locking function. The product is UL (cUL) listed and plenum-rated per UL2043 standards. Users have the option to choose models equipped with a 3-feet 18 AWG color-coded cable.

The Actuator operates efficiently at a temperature range from -40 F to 150 F (-40 C to 65 C). Electrical connections, comprising field wiring 14-22 AWG to screw terminals, are located under the removable access cover. The device houses two SPDT auxiliary switches to ensure comprehensive control. It also features a housing with a shaft adapter that is self-centering, further aiding in its convenience of use.
