The Honeywell Butterfly Valve, a two-way, 6-inch valve, is a premier industrial solution that features a flanged structure with a high-performance Cv of 567 at a 60 degree stroke, and 1850 Cv at a 90 degree stroke. Manufactured with optimum durability in mind, the valve's body is made from a polyester coated cast iron. It also integrates a peroxide cured EPDM resilient seat along with a 416 stainless steel stem for increased longevity.

Offering a wide range of sizes from 2 inches to 20 inches, this valve comes with ANSI Class 125/150 lug pipe connections. Notably, it ensures bi-directional flow and is designed with an extended neck to accommodate 2 inches of pipe insulation. To augment its resistance to corrosion, the valve includes disks that are cast iron and coated with Nylon 11. This coating also reduces friction and facilitates the use of lower-torque actuators with larger valve body sizes.

Ensuring superior protection from weathering, chemical exposure, ultraviolet, abrasion, and impact. its valve body is polyester-coated. The valve's stainless steel stem has a close-tolerance internal double-D disk connection further enhancing corrosion resistance. It also guarantees bubble tight seat leakage at the rated close-off.

This valve is suitable for services involving hot water and chilled water-glycol solutions. Its equal percentage flow characteristic allows for smooth and effective operations. With an operating temperature range of -40 F to 250 F (-40 C to 121 C), it can withstand harsh environments. The valve can reliably function at a close-off pressure of up to 175 psi, affirming its robust performance.
