The Honeywell 2-Way Butterfly Valve combines a high degree of functionality with durable materials. Available in sizes from 2 inches up to 20 inches, this valve is suitable for ANSI Class 125/150 lug pipe connections and supports bi-directional flow. It features an extended neck capable of supporting 2 inches of pipe insulation for enhanced performance.

With a body comprised of polyester-coated cast iron, this sturdy valve offers superior weather, chemical, ultraviolet, abrasion, and impact protection. The disks are coated in corrosion-resistant Nylon 11, reducing friction and complementing usage of lower-torque actuators with larger valve body sizes.

At the core of this valve is a 416 stainless steel stem that, in conjunction with a close-tolerance, internal double-D disk connection, significantly diminishes opportunities for corrosion to propagate. To enhance reliability, the valve ensures bubble-tight seat leakage at the rated close-off.

The valve excels in hot water and chilled water-glycol solution services, operating with an equal percentage flow characteristic. It demonstrates resilience across a broad range of temperatures, from -40 F to 250 F (-40 C to 121 C), and can withstand pressures up to a hefty 175 psi. A major feature of the valve is its flanged capacity, offering 567 Cv at a 60-degree stroke and 1850 Cv at a 90-degree stroke. The resilient seat is peroxide cured using EPDM, adding to its robustness.
