Crafted with a bi-directional flow feature, it contains an elongated neck for accommodating 2 inches of pipe insulation. The disk of the valve is constructed from tough cast iron with a Nylon 11 coating, reducing friction while enhancing its corrosion resistance. This attribute allows for the utilization of lower-torque actuators with larger valve body sizes.

The valve's body is coated with a durable polyester layer, providing protection against weather conditions, chemical interactions, ultraviolet light, abrasion, and impact. The valve features a 416 stainless steel stem with a tight-fitting internal double-D disk connection, eliminating points for corrosion access. This high-quality configuration ensures efficient performance, with bubble-tight seat leakage at rated close-off.
