It is constructed with a diligently coated polyester, cast iron body. To ensure a reliable functioning, it features a peroxide-cured EPDM resilient seat accompanied by a 416 stainless steel stem.

The valve's versatility is evident as it is available in sizes ranging from 2 to 20 inches, fitting ANSI class 125/150 lug pipe connections. It supports a bi-directional flow and provides an extended neck, specially designed for 2 inches of pipe insulation. Encased in corrosion-resistant, friction-reducing Nylon 11, the cast iron disks also facilitate the use of lower-torque actuators with larger valve body sizes.

Moreover, the valve body constructed from cast iron is coated using polyester, providing robust protection against varying weather conditions, chemicals, UV radiation, abrasion, and impact damage. The stainless steel valve stem boasts a close-tolerance internal double-D disk connection with no points permitting corrosion access, ensuring a prolonged service life.
