The valve comes with a robust, polyester-coated cast iron body that ensures durability and can withstand extreme environmental conditions. The peroxide-cured EPDM resilient seat and a 416 stainless steel stem complete the strong construction of this valve.

The valve accommodates sizes ranging from 2 to 20 inches, aligning with the ANSI Class 125/150 Lug Pipe Connections and integrates bi-directional flow property. An extended neck facilitates the inclusion of 2-inches of pipe insulation to enhance thermal efficiency. To increase corrosion resistance and reduce friction, the Butterfly valve incorporates Nylon 11 coated, cast iron disks that also pave the way for the use of lower-torque actuators with larger valve body sizes.
